Sessions are 30 minutes @ $5 per session.
Tai Chi is the practice of total concentration on moving energy through the body. This practice develops deep strength and relaxation. The reasons to practice Tai Chi are: body awareness, meditation, self-defense, stress reduction, rejuvenation, self-healing, concentration, balance, stamina, proper body alignment and energy flow, and opening of the joints to prevent arthritis.
